Use of this site

This website describes NullSec's services and lets you get in touch with us. You may browse it and use the contact form to reach us. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it to submit anything unlawful.

Engagements are governed by a separate contract

Nothing on this site is an offer to perform security testing or advisory work. Any penetration test, red team engagement, audit, or advisory service is scoped and agreed in a separate signed statement of work, which sets out authorisation, scope boundaries, timing, and rules of engagement. That contract governs the engagement, not this website.

Responsible disclosure

If you find a security issue in our own systems (not a client's), we want to hear about it. Email us, give us a reasonable time to fix it before going public, and do not access or modify data that is not yours. We will not pursue legal action against a good-faith report made this way.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as-is, for information purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website itself; liability for delivered engagement work is set out in the relevant signed contract.
